De slidedeck van Hendrik Dacquin van Small Town Heroes word nog beter als je zijn presentatie op Media Fast Forward uitkijkt.
Ik ontdekte dat je “verhalen vertellen” perfect kunt vervangen door “zorg verlenen”. In beide domeinen dient de technologie zo gemakkelijk en zo onzichtbaar mogelijk te zijn voor de beste ervaring.
